Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times, and order tracking.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) Monday–Friday ship the next day.

Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/UK bank holidays ship the next working day.
Returns Policy
We accept returns registered within 14 days of the delivery date. Simply contact us to initiate a return and we’ll provide the next steps.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Once received and inspected, eligible items will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please note that return shipping costs to our returns address in the UK are not covered. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we’re unable to accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit. Using a tracked service also provides insurance through the courier.
How do I initiate a return?
- Contact us at returns@oreaeyewear.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and return request.
- Receive returns details - our team will share the UK returns address and next steps via email.
- Re-pack your item in its original box with all packaging, exactly as received.
Send your return to the specified address within 7 days of receiving the returns details. - Refund processing - once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund within 3–5 business days, provided the item meets our returns criteria.

Tracking
When your order leaves our studio you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Packaging
Each pair of OREA sunglasses arrives in a recyclable box, a vegan-leather case, and a microfibre cleaning cloth, ensuring your eyewear reaches you safe and ready to wear.
